Mohegan Sun’s Summer Showdown Poker Tournament is ten day event which will be started in July. It has the prize pool of $1 million, it is probably the largest sum in the history of Mohegan Sun, it will include 3 day $700,000 Guaranteed No-Limit Hold’ Em Main Event on the first of August. Bruce Dixon, Director of Poker for Mohegan Sun has declared that the company carefully prepared all the tournaments, but certainly the tournament with the guaranteed prize pool of $1 million attracted much attention. The poker room was opened only a year ago, but each event was well organized. Approaching tournament will be full of success and excitement and Mohegan Sun hopes it will be up to standard.

Much like the previous April Spring Showdown the next Summer Showdown will be held Convention Center. It will be started from the great a $150,000 Guaranteed No-Limit Hold’ Em event on the 22 of July, it will be continued by the Seven Card Stud Event the next day and some other significant events.

On the 26 of July, Sunday you will be able to see the special Ladies Only Event. There will se some number of various No-Limit and Limit Hold’ Em cash events. The Main Event will begins on the 30 of July, the buy-in is equal to $2,000 and the entry fee is $150.00 .If you wish to take part in this event, remember that Weekly Satellite Qualifying Tournaments starts on Monday, the 6 of July and will last till the 22 of July.
