The European Poker Tour (EPT), the fifth season is going to close with probably the biggest poker event in the history of Europe. The PokerStars EPT will be organized in Monte Carlo between the 27 of April and the 3 of May. This great even will consist of 14 different events, among them you will find the Main Event, a High Rollers Event and many others.

One year ago this Main Event included about 840 gamers, its winner Glen Chorny 22 years old took over 2 million euro to the native Canada. This year according to the experts’ expectations this tournament will attract about 1,000 players and the total prize pool will come to 12 million euro. By this moment more than 400 gamers have already registered on PokerStars for the event. The Grand Final Main Event has the complicated structure and includes 60 minute levels on the first day and 75 minute levels on the second.

Moreover, PokerStars is going to organize the special Poker Camp in the context of EPT Monte Carlo event. This decision was made after the great success and extreme popularity of the Poker Camps in Barcelona as the part of the European Poker Tour. PokerStars organizes its own professional team of poker players and they will conduct some interactive masterclasses and special trainings.

Also the first Ante Up For Africa in Europe will be hold, it will collect money for the humanitarian mission in Darfur, this event will be visited by such famous people as Boris Becker, Nelly and rugby players Philippe Saint-Andre and Sebastien Chabal.
